| Business Broadband ADSL Plan Details: |

All advertised prices include GST. |
| 2) |
All of the above plans are based on an initial contract period of 12 months. |
| 3) |
There is a $125.00 setup fee for all business plans. |
| 4) |
You can change ADSL speeds at any time for a fee of $40.00 - eg: change from 256Kb to 512Kb. |

If you cancel your service before the contract period of 12 months has elapsed, there will be an early
disconnection fee of $99.00

All ADSL plans require an ADSL modem. You may use a compatible ADSL modem, or you
may choose to purchase one from our selection during the signup process.

All FlatRate plans have no excess data charges. Once the included data for a particular FlatRate plan
has been used, access to the Internet and ability to download will still be possible at a reduced
download speed of 72Kbps.
